The second part of the course focuses on how your mind works to enable you to develop acceptance and compassion to yourself and others and explore ways to apply these new learning to develop a mindful life.

This small group course will be of benefit to anyone who wishes to be happier and more satisfied with life or those who feel stressed or anxious or struggling to create change by breaking habitual patterns of behaviour.

1-2-1 Mindfulness

For those who cannot attend a course or prefer a personalised one, I offer one to one mindfulness instruction which has the benefit of the sessions being tailored to your specific needs. Individual sessions normally last for 60 minutes but can be varied to your personal circumstance. Individual sessions, which are offered in person and on-line, are useful for those who wish to have specific support or in-depth feedback on elements of their practice.

A Day of Mindfulness

A day of mindfulness, ‘mini retreat’, is a wonderful way to take a pause and contemplate life. It can be particularly useful if you do not have time in your regular schedule for formal practice. It is also a wonderful way to deepen or kick start your mindfulness journey and meet like- minded people.

I can tailor days to suit your requirements and combine with yoga, massage and other treatments to make it a day of true relaxation.

If you are interested in a day of mindfulness or if you are looking for someone to support a retreat, please email me at [email protected]
