Each workshop is designed to be standalone however as a group they cover the key areas necessary to promote performance, resilience and well-being.

Multitasker? The workshop will provide practical tips on limiting distractions, how to increase your attention and prioritise/combine tasks effectively to become more productive and effective with your time.

Our brain is the basis of all our experiences, our relationships, thoughts and feelings and yet we barely understand it. Exploring how the different parts of our brains work, how they compete and interact with our body, will help attendees develop strategies to be less reactive and to make choices that are more informed.
